Is this a chatbot?
No. A chatbot answers questions from what was uploaded to it. An agent runs tasks inside your systems: it queries, logs, schedules, reconciles, and escalates. You notice the difference the day somebody asks something that was not in the PDF.
Does this work for a small company?
Yes. Size changes the scope, not the technology. We start with one concrete process that is costing you hours today and grow from there.
What if my software is old or on-premise?
That is the most common case. If it exposes an API, we connect. If not, we build the connector. It is part of the work, not a reason to say no.
Can it do something I do not want it to?
